With a well designed kitchen, the ground area also features a large private open terrace surrounded a 8-foot high, block privacy wall and is beautifully landscaped. This is the preferred gathering space in the house for entertaining guests "al fresco" . The suntan terrace fits up to 3 beach chairs. The reliable water supply cisterns are located near by the laundry area. There is also convenient small store room under the stairway.
